Vata (‘Vah-tah’)

Vata refers to energies like nervousness, fear, and anxiety.To balance Vata floor-based, and slow-paced meditative asanas are recommended.

  • Siddhasana(si-­ddhA-­sa-­na) – Perfect Pose,

Pitta (‘Pih-tah’)

Pitta refers to energies like relaxation, calm, and cooling. To balance Pitta evening, yoga is recommended. Yogis must avoid sun salutations, and high intensity-based yoga poses.
