Yoga and Ayurveda are sister science originated 5000 years ago in India. Yoga is awakening the consciousness and developing harmony between mind and body. The word ‘Yoga’ was derived from the Sanskrit word ‘Yuj,’ meaning ‘to unite.’ Yoga and meditation heal and rejuvenates the inner conscience leaving the positive impact on the body. Every living entity consists of three doshas that are balanced by adopting a healthy lifestyle. Consulting our Ayurvedic expert can help determine the ‘Dosha’ as it may vary by individual. Our Ayurvedic expert can recommend ‘Yoga Poses’ based upon your dosha and lifestyle to balance the doshas and mindfulness.

Any individual must begin Yoga practice based upon their age, medical background, dosha, and lifestyle. Starting a yoga practice without determining that may not give relevant results.
