What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is an ancient methodology developed 5000 years ago in India. Ayurveda is considered the master of healing and focuses on the nature-based treatment for the inner body that glows outwardly. Many healing systems like homeopath, and polarity therapy are developed from the concepts of Ayurveda.
